Quality and Integrity
We took the leap 11 years ago and bought our first X-1 juicer; we now have 4 of them. During our first year in business I used a Norwalk (amazing machine not scaleable) and would juice during the night to be ready when clients appeared at 8am, at which point I'd run the restaurant all day. It was not manageable. With the X-1 we created a space and could accomplish most of our large product line within a four-hour shift. We now have a commissary kitchen where the 4 x-1's live and we produce large volume. The Goodnature team is always available to answer questions and to help us with the very minor repairs that come up. Our NY based business heavily depends on the quality and integrity of these machines.
