cucumber8 oz 227 g 1 medium cucumber
green apple9 oz 255 g 1 1/4 large apple
kale4 oz 113 g 1 1/2 cups chopped kale
lemon1.5 oz 43 g A little less than 1/2 medium lemon

  2. Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
